Here is the news you have all been waiting for. We have the NEW date for the West TN FLL Championship: Feb 6, 2016.
If your team plans to attend the rescheduled event, please go into TIMS (https://my.usfirst.org/fll/tims/site.lasso) and sign up for the “RESCHEDULED West TN Championship” to let us know you are coming!
If you also have adults that have signed up as volunteers for the event, please have them go into VIMS (https://my.usfirst.org/fll/tims/site.lasso) (corrected link: https://my.usfirst.org/FIRSTPortal/Login/VIMS_Login.aspx and sign up to volunteer at the same event.
The only change to the event is that some judging will take place on the 2nd floor. But the majority of the event will take place on the 3rd floor of the University Center as planned, including check in.
We are aware that MathCounts will be taking place on the same day, and might involve some of the same students and coaches, and for that we apologize, but this was the only weekend available for such a large event at the University Center.
Registration in TIMS is opened NOW and will close Wed Feb 3, 2016 at 5pm so we can finalize the team schedule and get it out to you before the event.
